Interim Executive was founded in April 2015 by Brooke Paton who is a senior and seasoned technology executive, with a unique blend of business growth and delivery skills and experience within the technology sector, across enterprise and government within New Zealand, Asia and the United Kingdom. We all get much advice and guidance, but someone must do something to drive growth and affect change. Interim Executive is focused on action and outcomes, and providing short to medium term professional services solutions.

Interim Executive has had senior roles for and engagements with many organisations, including: IBM New Zealand, British Telecom (UK), Telecom New Zealand, Telecom New Zealand International (Asia), TelstraClear, Vodafone, Vocus Communications, along with Working Knowledge and Techspace Consulting (consulting and professional services).

Interim Executive’s experience covers both Information Technology and Telecommunications including sales leadership, business development, account director, complex selling, commercial management, bid management, consulting and programme/project delivery.

Interim Executive has very strong relationship management and people skills developed over an extensive ICT business development career, and an attention to detail, having performed the role of Project Executive on over 30 projects (PRINCE2 and AgilePM Practitioner).

Secured and deployed new enterprise network to over 300 New Zealand locations for a New Zealand Bank.

: Sri Lanka Telecom

Secured and deployed new telephone network for Sri Lanka Telecom delivering telephony services to over 100,000 homes in four cities. Partnered with Sumitomo and NEC.

Deployed new and nationwide enterprise voice and data network to one of New Zealand largest government agencies, and won Computerworld Project of the Year.

: Biometrics platform deployment

Secured and deployed biometrics platform to large tax agency, which has 2 million New Zealanders enrolled and delivered material business benefit.

Secured and deployed Paperless Board initiative to senior management within large government agency.

Deployed large mobile fleets to government agencies with new mobile management platforms.
